Customers may request cancellation before processing begins.

Refund Eligibility

  • Service cannot be processed due to internal reasons.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided when:

  • Service processing has already started.
  • Incorrect information is submitted by the customer.
  • Government fees or third-party charges have been paid.
  • Applications are rejected by authorities due to customer-related issues.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
