Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before processing begins.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment is made accidentally twice.
- Service cannot be processed due to internal reasons.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided when:
- Service processing has already started.
- Incorrect information is submitted by the customer.
- Government fees or third-party charges have been paid.
- Applications are rejected by authorities due to customer-related issues.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
